Privacy and Security

The Optimal Netbanx Payment Solution allows you to make online purchases using Visa, Visa debit or MasterCard credit cards. The site complies with TLS secure transmission standards and guarantees that all transactions made on the site are secure and confidential.

When paying online, you will be prompted to enter your credit information in order to proceed with the transaction. The data is encoded and sent to the financial institution for approval. In a few seconds, the latter analyzes the request and returns a decision.

We offer you to register your credit card for future purchases. Your bank details and the computer data concerning the credit information are in no way stored on our servers. All payment operations are carried out through the Paysafe payment solution. You can also choose not to register your credit card and indicate your means of payment during each purchase.

When you place your order, we need to know your name, email address, billing address and delivery address including apartment number and access code if applicable. This allows us to process and track your orders. However, to avoid an approval request being rejected by your financial institution, please note that the billing address must match the address linked to the account of the credit card used. The delivery address may be different.

We do not sell, market, or rent your personal information to third parties.

"Cookies" are identifiers that allow you to remember the pages on which you have browsed, the items you have just added to your basket as well as those you have selected during your previous visits. This is why this function must be activated in your browser. You will not be able to make a purchase on our site if "cookies" are disabled on your computer.
